Collecting Companies
BTA Bank invites collecting companies for mutually beneficial cooperation. Eligible collecting companies must be accredited with BTA Bank.
Requirements to collecting companies
- availability of a required package of documents
- availability of staff members with a university degree in jurisprudence and at least 2 years of experience in claim administration. This requirement covers branches of collecting companies, if any
- presentation of a list of deeds from activities of the candidates in collection of bad loans
- availability of staff members with at least 2 years of experience in judicial and enforcement proceeding or enforcement agencies
